Probate litigation can arise from many different situations. Whether it is the interpretation of a Last Will and Testament or the improper administration of an estate, we are experienced in working with Probate Court, either through mediation or trial, and we will work hard to assist you in the most efficient way possible.
Legal fees for probate matters are regulated by the appropriate Probate Court having jurisdiction of the estate. Most formulas are “percentage” schedules similar to that used to determine an executor’s commission. At Lessing & Kryszak, we also keep track of our time to determine a fee that is fair to all parties.
